First-year results of the drip irrigation and soil moisture monitoring project run with our contracted growers are in: water use fell by 30% and fertilizer use by 22% in pilot orchards.
Under the project, sensor-supported irrigation systems were installed for 120 grower families along with good agricultural practice training. Our goal is to move the entire supply network to this model by the end of 2027.
